We invite you to explore a rewarding opportunity with us as the Head of Culinary Operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food service for patients, staff, and visitors within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage culinary operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for food handling, preparation, and service.
- Supervise equipment maintenance and sanitation activities to uphold the highest standards.
- Utilize your extensive experience to plan and execute departmental goals effectively.
- Lead budgeting, purchasing, and logistics to optimize operational efficiency.
- Engage in Lean process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Oversee menu planning and recipe development to meet operational and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and staff, promoting teamwork and high standards.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on employee development and training.
- Strong communication abilities and a commitment to excellence in service.
