Business Development Professional

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical research by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of our organization's business and commercial objectives, as well as the competitor environment.
- Research and identify potential leads, gathering valuable insights on clients and customer organizations.
- Represent MMS as a trusted partner, developing a network of contacts in targeted customer organizations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Focus on producing high-quality leads and finding business in new markets, including initial contact and cold-calling.
- Develop and present new strategies for qualifying new business, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Practice exceptional internal and external customer service, communication, and teamwork.
- Support departmental and organizational objectives, and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
- College graduate in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in direct sales, business development, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of scientific principles or concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial and pharmaceutical development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CROs, scientific and clinical data, and the drug development process.
