Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire alarm systems and associated installations in various environments, including residential complexes, commercial properties, assisted living facilities, and high-rise buildings.
  • Provide mentorship to an apprentice, fostering the development of future professionals in the fire protection industry.
  • Manage daily inspections for smaller accounts or oversee extensive, multi-day projects as required.
  • Collaborate with other trades involved in related systems to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee meticulous and accurate inspections.
  • Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and organizational skills on all job sites.
  • Perform service calls as necessary, with opportunities for additional compensation.

Qualifications:

  • NICET II certification and O6 Electrical license are mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in inspecting fire protection systems is required.
  • A positive, family-oriented attitude that aligns with a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized and punctual, with a capability to lead by example.
