Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our government sales efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing and exceeding sales quotas in the government sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying clients’ needs and delivering appropriate solutions leveraging our full suite of products and services. This position can be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close new business that meets ARR target
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow share of market in assigned territory
  • Continually prospect to add new viable accounts
  • Foster trusted relationships with prospective government employees
  • Coordinate complex sales
  • Deliver client proposals, RFP responses, and demos
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline at 5x ARR quota
  • Maintain sound ECRM hygiene and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience selling in the government space
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% - 70%
  • Quota and goal focus with urgency, tenacity, and perseverance
  • High level of accountability
  • Strong work ethic

  • Demonstrable integrity
  • Articulate and effective communicator
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business
  • Ability to build personal relationships with government prospects and clients
