Graco is a leading provider of innovative solutions for fluid handling and coating applications. We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for managing sales activities and developing sales targets for distributors within their assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
This role will involve coordinating pricing strategy to meet sales targets, negotiating with distributors to achieve results, and managing selling activities to ensure growth objectives are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing support and input to the Regional Manager or Director as required, and participating in national sales meetings and marketing events to develop territory sales strategies.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Coordinate pricing strategy to meet sales targets and negotiate with distributors as required
  • Manage selling activities to ensure sales targets are met and growth objectives are achieved
  • Provide support and input to the Regional Manager or Director as required
  • Participate in national sales meetings and marketing events to develop territory sales strategies
  • Support distributors with local sales events and provide training and coaching as needed

Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of sales experience, with a strong background in sales management and territory sales development. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working with computers and presentation software.
