We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Senior Business Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Central/South Central Region of the United States.

Salary Range



Our competitive base salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 annually, plus commission. This rate is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Responsibilities




  • Manage the sales and proposal process for all lines of business for water, wastewater, and reuse projects
  • Develop and maintain named, national account relationships and build new customer relationships
  • Establish strong rep relationships for the municipal and industrial market
  • Gather project requirements through field visits and communicate with engineering to develop conceptual designs
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on new accounts in the region
  • Control the sales process and drive leads to closure to generate new revenues


Requirements



For this role, you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent water treatment experience
  • 5+ years of experience in water treatment sales
  • Direct experience selling to one of our key markets – residential development, food and beverage, or municipal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as consultative sales experience
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation with the ability to work across functional areas
  • Skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and building rapport with clients and business partners
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
