Job Summary

The Sr Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for Formerra Distribution. Key responsibilities include forecasting and achieving annual objectives for sales, margins, and volume growth. This role focuses on securing business from prospective and current accounts to meet sales objectives. A 10+ year sales experience in distribution, manufacturing, sales, and account management is required. Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, is necessary. Broad knowledge of solutions, materials, and processing is also essential.

Main Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth
Prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales. Develop and execute sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets to meet business objectives.

Account Development

Establish and Maintain Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Develop account development plans and network resources up, down, and across both the customer's organization and Formerra. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Collaboration and Communication

Work with Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are met. Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Education and Experience

Education
Bachelor's Degree required in Plastics or Polymer Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related discipline.
