Position Overview

Technical Professionals Group, LLC ("TPG") is in search of a dedicated **Entry-Level HR Administrative Assistant** to facilitate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with HR regulations for our automotive testing teams.


As part of our operations, the Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Conducting background investigations and arranging drug testing appointments
  • Generating daily reports on the onboarding progress of candidates
  • Performing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) standards
  • Providing assistance with travel arrangements and logistics for employees in the field
  • Offering general administrative support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe software
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

Educational Background and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
