Position Overview

Technical Professionals Group, LLC ("TPG") is in search of a dedicated Entry-Level Human Resources Administrative Assistant to facilitate onboarding processes and ensure adherence to HR compliance standards for our teams of automotive testing experts.


As part of our operations, the primary duties of the Assistant will include:

  • Conducting background investigations and arranging drug testing
  • Generating daily reports on the onboarding progress of candidates
  • Performing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for deployed personnel as needed
  • Providing general administrative support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities

Education and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
