About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hisense USA. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing relationships with independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers within the assigned market area.

You will work closely with our sales and service teams, as well as manufacturers' representatives, to build relationships, grow distribution, and provide product support and training. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys sales leadership and is passionate about the HVAC industry.

  • Development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in product categories such as residential unitary, ductless, single phase VRF, and light commercial equipment.
  • Sales and marketing of Hisense HVAC products through independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers.
  • Execution of business plans to expand our presence in the HVAC market and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales and marketing of Hisense HVAC products through independent wholesale distributors and contractor customers.
  • Building relationships with distributors and contractors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years related HVAC, business, and management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% within assigned market, and occasional regional travel.
Salary Information

Estimated Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
