Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Digital Growth Strategist to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth for our subscription business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute data-informed initiatives that accelerate new subscriber acquisition, improve user engagement and retention, and optimize our monetization funnel.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and LTV across the subscription model, leveraging your expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4) and experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to identify, prioritize, and resolve conversion bottlenecks, applying your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
- Model and forecast revenue scenarios for proposed tests to understand potential impact and ROI, using your revenue modeling expertise to guide strategic decisions and test plans.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for wine and a proven track record of driving growth in B2C companies, preferably in a Growth Marketing role or similar analytical position.
- Experience with subscription-based mobile apps and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, and churn prevention.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other relevant tools, as well as experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
