Job Overview

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leveraging your exceptional communication skills to identify new business prospects and build relationships that drive sales. You will be working closely with our account executives to develop targeted strategies for key accounts, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect into strategic business accounts through cold calls, emails, and social media campaigns
  • Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for account executives
  • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts, booking sales appointments and influencing company revenue
  • Identify needs and challenges of prospective customers
  • Determine prospects' interest in our products or services
  • Cultivate effective prospecting and sales methodologies to identify and connect with prospective users
  • Meet monthly with management to share success stories and discuss effective sales/business development strategies and methodologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-1 years of lead generation or inside sales experience; heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day) experience ideal
  • Excellent listening, quick thinking, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow defined processes
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and comparable roles within the region.
