About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specified region, leveraging their expertise in cloud-based solutions to build strong relationships with C-level customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Cultivating new Enterprise-level client accounts and maintaining existing relationships
  • Conducting research to develop effective sales strategies and facilitating a high-profile presence in the market
  • Leveraging industry contacts and clients to promote OneStream products and services
  • Developing compelling collateral and comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQs

Requirements include:

  • 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a sales manager, sales representative, or related occupation in B2B selling across the Enterprise
  • Exceptional oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Customer Relationship Management software, and analytical or project management tools

Preferred qualifications include prior sales experience in the software industry, especially within the CPM/EPM industry, and knowledge of administration, business, and management principles.
