Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Rochester, New York Branch.
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000
Overview:
As a Branch Sales Manager at Carrier Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets and exceeds business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth in the local market
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with company leadership to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Manage and optimize branch operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize industry-leading technology to drive sales growth and improve operational excellence
- Develop and train sales professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be accountable for all other duties as assigned by company leadership.
