Job Title: Sales Manager

At Rochester Motor Cars, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
