Job Summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to all SiteOne customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Service: Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via phone, or through online ordering, and respond to and resolve complex questions and issues.
  • Inventory Management: Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Sales Growth: Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, leveraging your knowledge of products and customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working, driving business performance and growth.
  • Store Operations: Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Training and Development: May assist in the onboarding and/or training of new associates, and coach and assist less experienced staff in meeting expected customer service and satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the green industry or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products.
  • Background: Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to think quickly and make sound decisions, and inventory management experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
