In the Central Purchasing Office, you will play a vital role in overseeing office operations, contributing to the overall success of our team.


The Buyer Operations team is integral to achieving supply chain excellence for our internal teams and clients. They ensure that all documentation related to purchasing and shipping is completed accurately and punctually. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Process Purchase Orders

Oversee standard orders, collaborating with buyers to ensure accurate entry and reconciliation of all purchase orders.

Handle late orders by reconciling outstanding products, airway bills, and truck manifests.

Address issues with imperfect orders, including discrepancies in quantity, damaged goods, incorrect locations, or wrong items.

Assist sales teams in resolving issues related to delayed orders.



  • Oversee Accounts Payables and Credits

Organize and manage fresh accounts payable documentation for branches.

Coordinate accounts payable paperwork with fresh vendors.

Follow up with vendors regarding imperfect orders.

Process and reconcile credits from fresh vendors.



  • Facilitate Communication

Coordinate with buyers and operational teams on daily activities, including the readiness of trucks for receiving and managing missing or unreceived products.

Generate reports on workflow and outstanding issues.

Participate in regular meetings with buyers and operational teams to discuss work status and challenges.
