Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Luma Marketing Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Assist customers in finding products and provide expert recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Return and Exchange Management: Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, and maintain visual displays according to store guidelines.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to a manager if necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about store promotions, sales, and new products, and educate yourself about store policies and procedures to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some positions may prefer additional education or experience.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not always required.
  • Cash Handling and POS Systems: Basic knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is required.
