Key Responsibilities
  • Process Returns: Process e-commerce order returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Research, respond, and follow up with customers in a timely manner to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with Customer Inquiries: Assist customers with any issues regarding their returns or orders via email or phone.
  • Provide Product Information: Greet customers via phone to assist with website registration, order processing, product information, pricing, shipping information, and general e-commerce information.
  • Liaise with Store Locations: Liaise with our store locations for any issues raised by customers regarding either orders or returns.
  • Review and Process Manual Orders: Review, accept, and process manual orders received by phone.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team: Work with the entire e-commerce team to accomplish store goals and make customers happy.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a high level of service to our clients.
  • E-Commerce Experience: Be familiar with standard concepts and practices within the e-commerce retail environment.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience with customer service phone, chat, and email is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have IT experience, including troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication (written, oral, and interpersonal) skills.

  • Standing and Sitting: Stand and/or sit for a long period of time.
  • Heavy Lifting: Heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50lbs).
