Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our Oncology sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating and leading the team in a competitive oncology market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales growth and drive business results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Regional Directors and Oncology Territory Managers according to company procedures and policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent sales at cross-functional Lung Integrated Brand Team meetings and partner with Marketing, Patient Value & Access (PVA), Strategic Account Managers, and Medical Affairs.
  • Performance Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with RDs focusing on people, performance, execution, and growth opportunities in priority accounts.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the oncology market landscape, ALK+NSCLC market, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 5+ years of oncology sales management experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven record as an effective sales leader with demonstrated understanding of all oncology sales-related processes.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent Oncology business acumen and knowledge of key community accounts and academic medical centers across the United States.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 25-30% travel, including some evening programs and weekend conferences/congresses.
