Director of Enterprise Sales Strategy

Spectrum Enterprise, a leader in modern enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales Strategy. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in guiding an all-vertical sales program and managing a high-performing sales team.
In this key position, you will be responsible for developing extensive contacts within the hospitality, healthcare, and government and education business community. You will motivate your team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals using supportive techniques, attend sales calls, and facilitate sales team meetings to discuss progress and provide coaching.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Three or more years of leadership experience in a competitive telecommunications sales environment;
- Five or more years of Enterprise level sales experience;
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Familiarity with Ethernet, cloud services, high-speed data, fiber services, and fiber connected networks;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Team building, leadership, organizational, and English communication skills;
