Credit and Collections Professional

You'll work closely with our finance and accounting teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
As a Credit and Collections professional, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining high-quality customer relationships, and maximizing working capital while minimizing bad debt and reducing churn. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our sales and account teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure prompt resolution.
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and accounting. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. You'll need to have a strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
- Willingness to work in Lake Mary, FL

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values diversity and inclusion.
