Job Description

As a Regional Sales Executive for the industry leader in window solutions, you will join a vibrant team where your contributions are recognized, and your professional growth is supported. Become a vital member of our successful organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Enhance and nurture existing client relationships while identifying and establishing new accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Forecasting: Deliver precise sales forecasts and perform competitive analyses to guide strategic planning.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate market segments to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Sales Planning: Methodically organize daily activities utilizing CRM tools and a structured calling schedule to maximize sales potential.
  • Customer Engagement: Execute sales promotions, conduct educational sessions, and lead generation initiatives to strengthen customer connections.
  • Customized Presentations: Tailor sales presentations aimed at boosting clients' annual sales.
  • Price Management: Suggest pricing adjustments within established parameters based on market trends and competitive insights.
  • Problem Resolution: Swiftly address customer concerns, investigate issues, and propose solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain comprehensive sales documentation, including customer profiles and territory/account sales records.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, ideally within the building products sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the building products market and sales management experience in dealer, distribution, and/or two-step channel segments.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Market Awareness: General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork abilities with a high level of integrity and self-motivation.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and new working methods with a positive attitude.
