Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Specialty Treatment Solutions, a subsidiary of Aerzen USA Corp., is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead customer relationship management efforts and develop new customers for our wastewater treatment systems in the California wine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the California wine industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-use customers, engineering firms, and OEMs to effectively influence purchasing specifications and drive sales.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, OEMs, and engineering firms on wastewater treatment systems and solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, bid submittals, and sales projections to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of industrial equipment, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry.
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
