Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Penfolds direct to collector program, you'll be responsible for growing sales and building brand awareness in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and execute experiences to drive sales targets and grow Penfolds' direct to consumer sales program.
  • Plan and execute luxury consumer events to acquire new collectors and expose the brand.
  • Work with platforms and publications to build awareness and community around Penfolds.
  • Deliver on annual sales targets and scorecards to measure local market success.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record of selling luxury wine, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively. You should be an engaging public speaker and storyteller, with a strong attention to detail and experience with CRM, CMS, ecommerce, email marketing, and order management systems.
