Regional Sales Manager

Specialty Treatment Solutions, a subsidiary of Aerzen USA Corp., is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead customer relationship management efforts and develop new customers for our wastewater treatment systems in the California wine industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the wastewater treatment market, focusing on new wastewater treatment systems for the California wine industry.
- Proactively develop new customers within the market/region, finding new applications for our products.
- Effectively manage relationships with key customer accounts, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including system troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance advice.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans, supporting preparations for regional and national trade shows.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure high customer-satisfaction levels throughout the life cycle of our products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 Years of experience in sales of industrial equipment, with direct experience in the California wine industry preferred.
- Strong skills in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and understand competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Competitive salary: $150,000.00 per year.
