Job Overview

Aerzen USA Corp is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead customer relationship management efforts and develop new customers for our wastewater treatment solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the California wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the wastewater treatment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wineries and wine industry professionals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer support activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
