Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Sales Rotational Program as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in the growth of our company by researching and identifying prospective new clients who can benefit from our products, and building meaningful relationships as we move them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Master Foundational Sales Skills: Develop core sales competencies and techniques essential for a successful sales career
- Drive Client & Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of our product and its capabilities, focusing on maximizing client outcomes
- Deepen Business, Market, and Industry Expertise: Apply your product knowledge to the talent acquisition process and industry needs, enhancing your strategic insight
- Learn Advanced Sales Skills: Contribute to and learn from strategic enterprise sales engagements, advancing your expertise in high-level sales tactics
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with anticipated graduation date of Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, recruiting, and/or customer service
- It is an expectation that all program participants commit to completing the entire ~3 year Product Rotational Program
- A track record of excellence and distinction, such as leadership roles, awards/scholarships, or other personal accomplishments
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
- Driven to make an impact and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office
- Authorization to work in the United States
