About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at GPS Insight. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial, enterprise, government, and channel space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggressively follow up on existing leads within our current database
  • Create demand through prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns to target high-value target accounts
  • Use our technology stack to dial leads, send, and receive emails to move leads through the contact strategy
  • Attend role-specific and company training programs
  • Input all prospect/sales/client data into Salesforce (or appropriate database)
  • Develop relationships with sales team members regarding leads and customer experience
  • Ability to multitask, stay on track prospecting, and be flexible to handle incoming calls and emails
  • Ability to strive towards, achieve, and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Requirements
  • Internal motivation to excel in a calling environment
  • Ability to connect with people and build instant rapport with customers and sales reps
  • Multi-task between multiple systems (live chat, sales line, and personal computer)
  • Tech savvy (dialer, marketing automation, and CRM)
  • ZoomInfo experience a bonus
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate notes and updates on all records worked
  • Fast learner who can take coaching and implement to continually improve
