Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Paradox. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, recruiting, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Authorization to work in the United States
