Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Lumifi Cyber. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and accelerating revenue growth through proven lead-generation techniques and solution-selling methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within channel, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and qualify leads.
- Utilize automated systems to send targeted emails and follow up with leads.
- Clearly articulate Lumifi Cyber's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) value proposition to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement innovative tactics for lead generation and sales strategy.
- Stay informed about industry news, trends, and policies affecting the cybersecurity sector.
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Cybersecurity background preferred.
- Top performer in a B2B lead generation or sales role.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced growth environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000-$55,000 base + commission.
