About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with referral partners, payor sources, and clients to ensure strong relationships and business growth
  • Conduct regular home visits and safety checks to ensure quality of care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, nursing, social services, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, management, or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
