The CSR is pivotal in managing daily interactions and addressing the needs of our clients. The primary objectives are to ensure tasks are completed accurately and promptly while alleviating the workload of Account Managers, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from agents through various communication channels.
- Facilitate welcome calls for new clients.
- Update service terms as necessary.
- Manage scheduling changes and cancellations as requested by agents.
- Address any service-related concerns raised by customers.
- Process cancellations or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Contact agents for reminder notifications as needed.
- Provide training on the Agent Center to team members when required.
- Assist with calendar management based on agent requests.
- Support newer Account Managers by sharing insights and experiences.
