Position Overview: Case Manager
The Case Manager plays a vital role in establishing connections and coordinating care with various external organizations for the benefit of clients. Responsibilities include liaising with probation officers, judicial staff, Child Protective Services, and other pertinent agencies. This role also encompasses supporting Behavioral Health Technicians in their daily responsibilities. A significant component of this position involves facilitating group classes, collaborating closely with counselors to assist with their caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in program development and contribute to a range of services such as screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Work within a clinical team to promote physical health, wellness, and preventive care.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- License/Certification: Valid Driver's License and Fingerprint Clearance Card necessary.
- Shift Availability: Preference for candidates available for both Day and Night Shifts.
Compensation:
Hourly wage of $19.00.
