Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Director to join our team at Emory Healthcare. This key role will be responsible for driving strategic growth for Emory Healthcare and the Emory Healthcare Network, including the Emory Healthcare Primary Care Service Line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Foster key corporate partnerships and enhance business relationships with employers, payers, benefit consulting companies, insurance brokers, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
  • Develop and Execute Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the corporate sector.
  • Lead Proposal and Presentation Development: Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners focusing on on-site clinics, narrow network products, and specialized clinical products.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific health and wellness needs of corporate populations.
  • Contract Management: Partner with Contracting and Provider Services to review, finalize, and manage contracts effectively, identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
  • Marketing and Branding: Contribute to the development of marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of EHN.
  • Employee Performance Management: Manage employee performance and human resources-related issues, set performance goals, and determine appropriate performance improvement measures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field. MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Experience: Seven years of experience in corporate business development, relationship management, sales, or related roles.
  • Skills: Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships, strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and market dynamics, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
