Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster deep relationships with key network decision-makers and critical third-party stakeholders.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with networks while identifying new contacts to expand and enhance existing relationships.
  • Partner with business development teams to evaluate expansion feasibility and promote service-line benefits.
  • Assist leadership in developing overall network strategy in new and emerging markets.
  • Work collaboratively to promote Nova Medical Centers' service offerings.

  • Lead the coordination of network issues and conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of full-time experience in the workers' compensation managed care industry.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong relationships with carriers, TPAs, and brokers in the workers' compensation industry.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and regulations as well as managed care practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in successful conflict resolution and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Must reside within Georgia or Tennessee. Remote work available.
