Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales projections and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of review attorneys to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of managed review services.
  • Oversee the coordination of project communication between clients and our company, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Monitor the progress of review attorneys, provide regular reporting to clients, and maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in review processes and drive best practices within our organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful renewal and expansion of customer accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects that support the growth and success of our company.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed attorney with active bar status in good standing.
  • Minimum five years' experience conducting or managing managed review projects.
  • Strong knowledge of legal review concepts and processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and walk for extended periods.
  • Regular travel, both locally and nationally, is required.
