At Tower Imaging Valencia LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and clerical support to patients and healthcare providers.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with our medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for all patients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; one to three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the medical field.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
