About the Job:

The TriMed Inc team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Medical Contracts Coordinator to provide critical support to our Contracts & Agreement department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating contracts and pricing with medical facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain a comprehensive schedule of tasks and projects for the contract department.
  2. Provide daily briefings to the contract department on upcoming tasks and deadlines.
  3. Analyze and interpret contracts and sales reports in Excel and other formats to ensure compliance.
  4. Prepare monthly sales reports required for contract compliance in Excel format.
  5. Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation for submissions.
  6. Maintain price lists and price files in Excel format.
  7. Serve as a liaison between departments to obtain necessary information on RFPs/RFIs and contracts.
  8. Assist Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps with timely responses to contract inquiries.
  9. Organize and document work electronically through the use of a contract log, electronic filing system, and electronic contract management database.
  10. Enter and maintain contract information in QuickBooks.
  11. Maintain Info Capture (Intranet) Submissions.
  12. Prepare task-oriented emails with requests.
  13. Prepare documents for Manager meetings and trainings.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in the medical field is a plus.
  • Office administration assistant experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management.
  • Able to type with speed and high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

This position works in an open office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
