Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Office Administrator to join our team at JobRialto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure timely information exchange.
  • Receive and respond to calls in a professional manner, taking detailed messages and forwarding them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Type and proof various documents, including correspondence, reports, charts, and meeting minutes.
  • Create spreadsheets and tables, utilizing functions and manipulating data for presentation.
  • Maintain computer records and files, ensuring confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a secretarial role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheets for data display and manipulation.
  • Exceptional customer service behavior and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with data entry and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The location of the job is in Valencia, CA. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
