We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Contracts Specialist to join our team at TriMed Inc. in the United States.

Job Description

The Medical Contracts Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Contracts & Agreement department in managing contracts and pricing with various types of medical facilities across the country.

This role involves assisting with contract preparation, compliance, and reporting to ensure efficient operations within the department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and prior office administration or assistant experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain the Contracts & Agreements department schedule, tracking tasks and project deadlines.
  • Provide daily briefings to the Contracts department on upcoming tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare and interpret contracts and sales reports using Excel and other formats.
  • Generate monthly sales reports required for contract compliance in Excel format.
  • Confirm the accuracy and completeness of documentation for contract submissions.
  • Enter and maintain price lists and price files in Excel format.
  • Serve as the liaison between departments to gather required information for RFPs, RFIs, and contracts.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with contract inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Organize and document work electronically using contract logs, electronic filing systems, and contract management databases.
  • Enter and maintain contract information in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain Info Capture (Intranet) submissions.
  • Prepare responses to email requests and coordinate tasks.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including document preparation for Manager meetings and training sessions.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior office administration or assistant experience.
  • Experience in the medical field is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • High accuracy and speed in typing.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
