The Role:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be a dynamic and enthusiastic representative, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You will serve as a Brand Ambassador at our partner locations, engaging with customers, answering inquiries about our offerings, and encouraging them to schedule appointments for service estimates. Responsibilities:
What Will You Do?
- Welcome customers approaching our displays to encourage them to learn about our services
- Engage customers in conversations about their home service needs while walking through partner locations
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our various products and services while gathering information about customer needs
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to provide in-home estimates
- Build strong relationships with store leadership
- Attend mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Ability to work at our partner locations
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (4-8 hours)
- Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation is required
- Proficiency in using smartphones for email and text communication
