Job Title: Customer Service/Produce Specialist

Rainbow Blossom is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/Produce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our produce department is always fully stocked and fresh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, assisting them in finding the items they need and completing customer requests.
  • Check out customer purchases in an efficient and friendly manner, while maintaining a clean and orderly register.
  • Handle all cash in a safe and accurate manner, completing all register paperwork as needed.
  • Stock product to the shelf quickly and accurately, ensuring that products are stocked in the correct location and are priced correctly.
  • Rotate and verify dates on product as you stock it to ensure it hasn't expired.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, cash handling, and store maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Food Service Manager Certification completed within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds often and 50 pounds rarely.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
