Account Executive Job Description

As an Account Executive at Tradesmen International, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services, educating contractors about our value proposition and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Maintain and exceed sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team and generating sales leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, following up regularly to create an initial order and keep clients actively using Tradesmen's services.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with them, and manage their performance to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
  • Information Management: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, and complete sales activity reports and daily plans.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with regular and predictable attendance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems, with experience in cold calling, canvassing, and generating new business leads.
