Job Description

At American Water Resources LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the administration, coordination, and support of third-party field service provider contracts, as well as supervising the contract compliance administrator(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the contract compliance administrator(s) and supervise the work of others, acting as an escalation point for questions and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and route all contracts for execution via company-approved contract lifecycle management software.
  • Act as a working supervisor, ensuring the processing of all contracts and related documents (including assigned workload) end-to-end, with 100% compliance.
  • Support and contribute to the development of new processes, enhancing current processes to achieve optimal results and efficiencies.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with month-end reporting of all workload activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience (required).
  • 5+ years of contract compliance experience with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to maintain day-to-day workload obligations promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload as needed based on department and company goals and direction.
  • Ability to self-manage time to meet and exceed assigned timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently while maintaining highest confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle sensitive data, and multi-task to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
