Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Easton Motors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • ASE certification is a plus
