Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Easton Motors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Grow strategic customer segments year over year
  • Develop new and maintain current customer relationships to grow in strategic categories
  • Resolve all guest problems and concerns promptly
  • Promote customer retention programs throughout the year
  • Assist with staffing the stores where needed
  • Provide training to existing staff and new staff to foster consistency and growth
  • Manage time and day schedule each week for all stores for customer base
  • Manage accounts to ensure they are kept paid timely and visit with accounts who may be delinquent
  • Promote the stores and build promotions to build sales
  • Ensure dealer stock is maintained as an assistance to store manager
  • Back up leader for when store manager is out
  • Manage and complete all call backs, DC returns on daily basis
  • Drive company success by creating new and unique business ideas to grow Easton Motors in the locations where they serve
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 5 years of previous customer service experience preferred
  • 2-3 or more years automotive parts knowledge highly preferred
  • ASE Certification is a plus
