We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Organizational Development to lead our human resources functions and develop strategies that support our rapid growth, culture, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an overarching HR strategy that supports AV's growth, scalability, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR goals with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring the workforce is optimized to achieve business success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, CEO, and executive team on all people-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role, and expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, DEI, and organizational development. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
