Job Overview
InnoTECH Staffing is seeking a skilled Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager to join their team in Southern New Hampshire. This full-time position involves coordinating product development projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in mechanical design for manufacturability in high-precision/high-volume manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include competitive bonus and benefits packages. Compensation includes base salary, bonus and benefits.

About the Role
As a Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project activities related to process and tooling validation, including coordination and communication with external suppliers and internal engineers. Your daily tasks will involve solving technical challenges, managing resource conflicts, resolving roadblocks, and upholding high performance standards. You will work closely with the project manager and technical team leaders to identify, plan, and drive deliverables, define and manage task priorities based on high-level project goals and constraints, and help implement process improvements to ensure overall product quality meets company standards.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple activities while maintaining high energy, drive, commitment, self-initiative, and perseverance to drive projects forward to completion. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also essential for success in this position. You must be able to communicate technically with various engineering disciplines and collaborate effectively in a collaborative environment.
