The Investor Relations Manager will work closely with our Senior VP to build a world-class Investor Relations department focused on delivering exceptional experiences for 10,500+ investors. Based at our Manchester headquarters, this role offers direct collaboration with executives and founders, contributing to strategic initiatives and scaling the Investor Relations function. This hybrid position features 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.

We're seeking an experienced professional to excel in this key role, ensuring seamless communication with investors via email, phone, and SMS, resolving administrative issues promptly, and accurately logging investor information in our CRM system. You'll provide timely follow-ups, track department KPIs, and collaborate with the fundraising organization to achieve shared objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and deliver solutions.
  • Strong team player with a sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to excellence.
